Northwest Real Estate Services, Inc. is a small, full-service real estate company incorporated in 1990 in the state of Washington, USA. For 35 years, we have designed, developed, leased, managed, financed, and sold both commercial and residential property in Washington and Oregon. And in the Kingdom of Thailand since 2004. We have had over 1,000 tenants/residents in our portfolio of properties that we have managed for our clients, partners and principals. And over 1 million square feet of space that we have designed, developed and/or managed.

Because we have been directly involved in all facets of the real estate business, we understand the needs of our Landlords and Tenants. As an Owner/ Landlord, you need a company that can explain the local markets; the rental conditions; critical decision making; risk analysis; financing markets; and the sale market.
